Since time immemorial, the Covenants of Astyri have been a plague on the world, a hungry, assimilating empire directed by the mysterious entity, Kolym Hysta. Gradually expanding from the Ochystan Wastes, their territories have grown from nothing into a sprawling realm of ruin, systematically conquering and enslaving other civilisations one at a time. Now, as the Era Aperiōn dawns, its vast expanse approaches the Skjalos and Aventine regions, and all-out war is all but inevitable.
